By accessing or using the Mindsphere Enterprises LLC website, registering for our free masterclass, applying for enrollment, or participating in any Mindsphere PMHNP coaching and mentorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. Your continued use of our website or programs constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Program Description

Mindsphere Enterprises LLC offers six-week, cohort-based PMHNP education, coaching, and mentorship programs. Programs include live virtual sessions, recorded learning resources, clinical case discussions, mentorship from experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, professional community access, and a resource library. We offer four cohorts per year. Program content, structure, schedule, and pricing may change at our discretion.

3. Enrollment & Admission

• Enrollment in any Mindsphere program is subject to availability and acceptance of your application.
• Submitting an enrollment form does not guarantee admission or a seat in a specific cohort.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.
• Cohort sizes are limited, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis among accepted applicants.
• If a cohort is full, you may join a priority waitlist or register interest in a future cohort.

4. Tuition & Payment

• Tuition fees are due as specified at the time of enrollment and are stated in US dollars.
• Payment plans, where offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to meet payment plan obligations may result in suspension of program access.
• Current tuition rates reflect special introductory pricing and are subject to change for future cohorts.
• All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Deposits, where applicable, may be refundable or non-refundable as stated at the time of payment.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our programs. If you find that the program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within the first week of the cohort. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our admissions team. After the first week, refund eligibility is subject to review and may not be available. Payment plan installments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds, when approved, will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Mindsphere Enterprises programs — including live sessions, recordings, written materials, templates, clinical case studies, resource library materials, and community discussions — is the intellectual property of Mindsphere Enterprises LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, screenshot for redistribution, or share this content with non-enrolled individuals without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our materials may result in removal from the program without refund and may subject you to legal liability.

7. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, professionally, and collaboratively. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
• Sharing confidential patient information or violating HIPAA and patient privacy laws
• Disruptive behavior during live sessions or in community spaces
• Sharing program access or content with non-enrolled individuals
• Using the community for unauthorized commercial or solicitation purposes

Violations may result in removal from the program and community without refund.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Mindsphere Enterprises LLC provides educational, coaching, and mentorship content for PMHNP students and practitioners. Our programs are designed to support professional development, clinical reasoning, and career growth. However:

• Our programs are not a substitute for formal academic education, clinical supervision, or medical training required for licensure.
• Our programs do not grant academic credit, continuing education credits, or professional certification unless explicitly stated.
• Content is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
• Participants are solely responsible for their own clinical decisions, professional practice, and compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and institutional policies.
• Always consult appropriate clinical resources, supervising providers, and institutional guidelines for patient care decisions.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we are committed to providing high-quality education and mentorship, Mindsphere Enterprises LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to passing board examinations, securing employment, achieving specific salary levels, or attaining particular clinical competencies. Individual results depend on personal effort, prior experience, clinical setting, and other factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindsphere Enterprises LLC and its founders, mentors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our programs, or reliance on any information provided.
